Who We Are
We are Eva and Jacob Mortera and we have our 4 year old son Keanu. We are real estate investors with over 20 years experience in real estate. Our real estate background are as a property manager, started as real estate investors, started in fix and flip investing in 2005 and took a break in the market crash of 2008, then we changed our course into buy and hold as long term rental property investors, as the Airbnb boom. We have added the short term, midterm rentals into our portfolio. We have had a tremendous amount of experience, in property management through out years of managing our own properties. For over 20 years we have learned the ins and out of the business and the experience has tought us how to mitigate risk and to follow strategic guidelines we have created and how to manage each individual properties to its fullest potential to earn maximum profits. We personally have had experienced dealing with big corporate property management companies and learned that their best interests are - themselves and never you, as the client. We had realized over the years of dealing with property management companies, that many of property management companies out there do not even own any investment properties. We asked ourselves - how can we trust a company who do not even own real estate investments, never been in the mind of an investor and what truly is the investors goal is. That’s what motivated us in deciding to open our own property management company that would cater to investors like ourselves who just want an honest property management company who is always working in their best interests. That’s why when we opened our company we realized that a contract between clients and our company would never be needed. We never want to trap clients into a contract like all management companies do. We are more than confident in our service and we know that our clients will continue to use our services for their investment property or properties.
It’s simple. If you are not happy with our service all you have to do is stop using us without and termination fee. It’s as easy as that.

Our 3 quote rules is one of our many tactics to always give our clients with the best prices and the right companies with the best quality of work. We give options to all our clients. The deciding factor and final decisions to all repair transactions is always the client’s final decision. Every materials for the job is accounted for with actual receipts.
All transactions and receipts will be recorded in clients file available for our clients at any given time for 1 year then available to mail all records to clients upon request.
